About the Job
Nimble is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution of our lead lifecycle programs; including managing our CRM and tech stack, implementing lead scoring, status, and flows, and implementing marketing automation.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with their fellow marketing managers—particularly on the growth, demand generation, and BDR side—to ensure we can measure, track, and optimize inbound campaign efforts, including SEM, SEO, events, and more.
"This is a Hybrid role, that requires 3 days a week in office - "Monday, Tuesday & Thursday"
Responsibilities:
- Implement a full lead-lifecycle program, including establishing campaign stamping and lead scoring, stages, and statuses in Hubspot and Salesforce, and creating marketing automation for stage and status flipping
- Create conversion tracking for SEO and SEM efforts
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign efficacy
- Own the operational strategy for attribution, tracking and reporting of marketing performance
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of all CRM data
- Support campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to implement new lead generation and nurture programs
- Implement the company’s first fully automated MQL and handoff process from marketing to sales
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing operations for B2B SaaS
- Must have hands-on experience with building out operations for free trial and self-service products
- Experience with all major marketing ops and CRM tools, ie. Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot
- Experience with web analytics tools, Google tag management, and attribution for search and performance marketing
- Expertise in managing 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs, including target/ABM accounts, lifecycle management, database management, account segmentation, and field mapping
- Proven ability to work closely with growth, DG, and BDR teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Experience working in an API or web data-focused company
- Experience working with early-stage startups
