About the Job
- Design, implement, and maintain a detailed, prioritized roadmap that outlines all major projects and initiatives
- Ensure the roadmap reflects strategic priorities and is adaptable to changing business needs
- Implement and manage a priority tracking system to monitor progress against strategic goals and operational tasks
- Ensure the system provides real-time insights and facilitates effective decision-making
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with broader company objectives
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for all strategic initiatives and operational activities
- Generate regular reports detailing progress against goals and adjust strategies as necessary
- Craft the narrative on business results and trends incl. weekly, monthly, quarterly business reporting, status reporting and root cause analysis
- Provide performance updates to the cross-functional senior leadership team including recommendations on next steps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in managing marketing strategic planning and operations, preferably in a large corporate setting
- Previous success in developing and implementing quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps as well as priority tracking systems
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence and shape strategic conversations with data to senior leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders and senior executives
- High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
- Previous experience implementing roadmap or prioritization management systems including Atlassian, Asana, Confluence, Monday, Smartsheets, etc.
- Proficiency with Google docs, Excel, Tableau, A/B testing, SQL and other data analysis tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
