Marketing Operations Manager

Location: 100% remote or Hybrid in Bollingbrooke, IL.
Duration: ~ 5 Months
Pay: up to $35/ hour, DOE

Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Marketing Operations Manager! This role will be for roughly 5 months, 40 hours a week, and is fully remote (but a hybrid schedule out of their offices in Bolingbrook is preferable).

Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Own and manage projects from initiation to completion for the marketing transformation team.
• Ensure that projects are aligned and meet the business objectives set forth.
• Help implement project management methodologies, best practices, standards, and increase effectiveness.
• Work with teams across marketing leadership to define project scopes, goals, and create project plans.
• Mitigate risks and find resolutions for issues that pop up.
• Track projects against the deadlines and timelines and provide status updates/ recaps to internal stakeholders.
• Develop presentation materials for Town Halls, performance scorecards, and internal meetings.
•  Assist the Sr. Manager with any other tasks as assigned.

Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience within project management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, and project management software like Wrike, Monday.com, etc.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and newly formed workflows in a matrixed environment.
• Passion for the beauty, wellness, and retail space!
