Position Summary: Marketing Manager
The purpose of this job is to lead our company's marketing efforts by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. This person will be responsible for making sure that the AVDG is positioned in a way that drives lead generation, cultivates and leads the account management team, and helps promote sellers in achieving our goals and EBITDA targets.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
* Direct all of the marketing initiatives by creating and executing all strategic marketing plans through effective management of the marketing budget.
* Collaborate with leadership to understand scope of proposed service, business objectives and create comprehensive marketing plans (within budget) for service offerings aligned with sales objectives.
* Drive all marketing communications activities for external offerings, promotions, and internal communications including associate milestones and organizational developments.
* Build and maintain ongoing communications with leadership and sales teams to share best practices and program ideas.
* Oversee creative program development, working closely with internal partners including creative services, copy and brand teams to create integrated messaging and materials.
* Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of marketing and lead generation initiatives.
* Develop, execute and manage dynamically compelling marketing strategies that maximize promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including tactics such as PPC, online advertising, social media and internal site campaigns while continually testing, analyzing and optimizing messaging and content.
* Constantly monitor sales achievement and recommend strategies to positively affect outcomes and improve efficacy of spend.
* Onboard recently acquired brands, managing the impact to both internal and external customers, extracting and incorporating the brand’s core values and competitive advantages.
* Support sales in various areas by coordinating with other vendors that may help support trade shows, shirts, and other items that facilitate the promotion of AVDG.
* Support AVDG operations by assisting in the creation of proposal and other templates that further promote sales process across the various acquisitions made.
* Support the sales team in the development of all sales collateral and lead generation efforts.
* Establish the use and strategy for all marketing channels including a pivotal digital marketing strategy and traditional outreach efforts in synergy with the lead generation strategy to drive growth.
* Develop a dynamic content marketing strategy, including strategic segmenting across 20+ verticals, delivering the brand’s value to each audience tactically.
* Manage the development and management of internal and external company performance through NPS survey and distribution of insight to regional leaders.
* Design, code, and produce content for the company’s intranet website to create a valuable portal improving communication flow, resource adoption, employee engagement, and incorporation across regions.
* Lead a regimented SEO plan leading to an increase in web traffic and an increase of organic website conversions.
* Develop nurture campaigns, improving the rate of qualified leads delivered to the sales team and increase returning visitors to the website.
* Drive the creation of a lead-generation initiatives and increase marketing qualified lead generation and a creation in opportunities.
* Lead in the development and management of the brand, implement visual and voice guidelines to create a cohesive brand improving the marketing, operational, and collateral resources.
* Manage the website in line with the development of the digital growth marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and increasing customer lifetime value.
* Developed preferred marketing program to strengthen vendor sponsorship.
Account Management Responsibilities
* Recruit, train, and supervise members of the Account Manager team.
* Educate staff on effectively representing the brand, selling box sales, and passing opportunities to the sales team.
* Collaborate with the sales department to ensure that the staff receive quality leads to pursue.
* Maintain an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts to assist the organization in making business decisions and allocating the marketing budget.
* Regularly evaluate the performance of the team.
* Evaluate current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
* Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:
* Bachelor's or Master’s Degree is required, in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
* 3 years of experience leading marketing and sales
* 5 years of project management
* Intermediate knowledge and understanding of key marketing metrics (ROI, CPO, AOV, CPA, )
* Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as expertise developing marketing material that support brand growth.
* Proven ability to manage marketing budgets.
* High competence in project and stakeholder management.
* 10-12 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* High competency in using applications including Wordpress, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Hubspot, MailChimp, Google AdWords, and SEMrush
* This position requires excellent communication and relationship skills.

* Occasional travel may be required dependent on business needs
