Marketing Manager
We are looking for an energetic self-starter as our Sales, Marketing and Communications Manager. This role will be responsible to develop and execute programs to support business objectives to include: drive new customer flows, foster customer retention, recruit new referral sources and new team members, execute business development plans, provide sales support, and advance brand building. The Sales, Marketing and Communications manager will also develop and execute regular and adhoc communications amongst internal partners and team members.
This role is critical to the company. The Sales, Marketing and Communications Manager will be part of the leadership team and report to the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated making plans including appropriate collateral materials and content to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Simultaneously manage multiple project schedules and deadlines
- Work closely with business heads to understand business needs, analyze past campaigns and develop go-forward strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Allocate marketing budget and assisting with paid advertisements
- Develop and oversee content strategy
Qualifications for Marketing Manager
- Experience building complex Sales, marketing and communication programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
- 4+ years of experience in marketing & communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Energetic and Self Starter
- Can do attitude
