BASIS Ed is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join the team!
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager completes Marketing tasks with a high standard of quality, efficiency, organization, and the drive and initiative to complete their responsibilities with minimal guidance. This position will require the candidate to prioritize multiple responsibilities and proactively manage internal and external stakeholders.
This dynamic position offers a significant variety of marketing functions. The work is challenging, broad in scope, and involves juggling multiple deadlines. The position involves effective communication, decision-making, and time management. The candidate performs other duties as required or assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets.
- Development and implement marketing campaigns and projects across multiple platforms including paid search, content, social media, email, display ads, programmatic, out-of-home ads, and go-to market materials (one pagers, brochures, PPT’s, etc).
- Collect and analyze market research data.
- Oversee final production of campaign materials – provide feedback and edits, approvals, and deliver final materials to client or vendor.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and approve event marketing plans and logistics.
- Oversee a high volume of ad layouts, eblasts and social posts; proofing the creative, copy, strategy, and overall ad ensuring it meets brand guidelines
- Manage agencies, outside vendor contracts, and relationships for services outsourced.
- Negotiate advertising contracts.
- Keep track of and balance departmental budgets and complete expense reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of current and relevant marketing trends
- Proficient in analytics and market testing
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
- Experience using data and analytics software including Google Analytics and Tableau, etc
- Experience using project/client management tools like: Asana, Hubspot, Trello, etc
- Experience using email marketing platforms like: Klaviyo, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Emma, etc
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year
- Other duties as assigned

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week working out of Scottsdale, Arizona and 2 days working remotely from home.
