Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee and execute a wide array of marketing initiatives across multiple projects and campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative execution, and performance analysis to drive brand growth, engagement, and market presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in digital and traditional marketing, adept at managing cross-functional teams, and experienced in analyzing ROI for diverse marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and updates for multiple websites to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with external vendors to enhance SEO and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Interface with external social media management vendors to optimize platforms and engagement.
- Develop strategies for social media growth and monitor performance metrics.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Partner with vendors to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively across all platforms.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Manage monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and automation.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Local and Grassroots Marketing
- Implement on-the-ground marketing campaigns targeting local businesses and professionals, including law firms and medical providers.
- Build and nurture relationships with key local stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
Events and Conferences
- Plan and manage participation in conferences, including logistics, marketing collateral, and sales team coordination.
- Identify and pursue sponsorship or speaking opportunities to maximize exposure.
Marketing Materials
- Collaborate with sales teams and graphic designers to create physical and digital marketing materials tailored to audience needs.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Press Releases and Public Relations
- Draft and distribute press releases to announce company milestones and initiatives.
- Develop an ongoing schedule for PR activities to maintain visibility.
Paid Media and Advertising
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, including radio, billboards, and paid celebrity endorsements.
- Identify and evaluate podcast advertising opportunities to expand audience reach.
Client Engagement
- Gather and compile client testimonials and case studies for use in marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain a library of success stories for internal and external use.
Brand Building and National Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to build a consistent brand presence across markets.
- Manage online profiles and directories, including Google My Business, to increase visibility and reviews.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain detailed tracking of all marketing efforts through unique URLs, phone numbers, and campaign analytics.
- Provide regular ROI reporting for all initiatives to guide future strategies.
Media Planning
- Create and manage comprehensive media plans that outline marketing goals, initiatives, and timelines.
- Ensure all efforts align with overarching business objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including digital and traditional channels.
- Knowledge of Google My Business, SEO, and press release distribution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
- Experience working with vendors and agencies to execute campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Event planning or conference management experience.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Background in healthcare, legal, or related industries is a plus.
