Job Description:
We're seeking a talented and data-driven marketer to spearhead our marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the marketing funnel, from attracting site traffic to converting leads and nurturing customer relationships. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in driving streams, downloads, and sales for new music releases and artist content.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, social media, and eCommerce.
Drive lead generation by optimizing website traffic through compelling calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media channels.
Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance.
Create engaging visual assets using tools like Photoshop and produce short-form video content to support marketing efforts.
Cultivate and manage relationships with digital platforms and influencers to boost engagement, growth, and traffic.
Stay abreast of industry trends in online advertising, digital media, and music/technology partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience in the music or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and leading teams.
Strong grasp of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and influencer strategies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Passion for hip-hop culture and familiarity with the Northern California hip-hop scene.
