What You'll Do:
Define Our Ideal Customer: Identify and articulate who our perfect customers are, focusing on government clients like cities, counties, libraries, and federal agencies.
Conduct Market Research: Dive into the government technology sector to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
Develop Our Product Offering: Refine our product to address the specific needs and challenges of our target customers.
Build Our Brand: Create and establish a strong brand identity, including developing our positioning, messaging, and visual style.
Manage Our Website: Design, develop, and oversee our company website to ensure it effectively showcases our product and engages potential customers.
Create Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and attract new customers.
Produce Engaging Content: Craft high-quality marketing materials like blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, and email campaigns.
Forge Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with industry influencers, organizations, and potential clients to strengthen our market presence.
Track Performance: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results, using data to make informed decisions and optimize our efforts.
Manage the Budget: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective initiatives and maximize return on investment.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology sectors.
A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing solutions.
Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Experience in the government or public sector is a plus.
Sales experience is also a plus.
Interest and experience in Artificial Intelligence is a bonus.
This is a full-time position available to US-based candidates.
