Key Responsibilities:
Customer Insight: Define our ideal customer profile (ICP) within the government sector, understanding the unique needs of cities, counties, libraries, and federal agencies.
Market Mastery: Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp customer needs, preferences, and industry trends in government technology.
Product Precision: Refine our product offering to precisely address the pain points and requirements of our target audience.
Brand Brilliance: Establish a robust brand identity, encompassing positioning, messaging, and visual elements.
Website Wizardry: Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition and captivates potential clients.
Marketing Magic: Devise and execute a holistic marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and secure customer acquisition.
Content Craftsmanship: Create compelling marketing collateral, spanning blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, and email campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a knack for innovative marketing solutions.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Experience in the government or public sector is advantageous.
Sales experience is a plus.
