At this time our growing Los Angeles office is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The qualified applicant will have experience within an Engineering or construction project-based environment. This is mandatory.
Role Description
This is a marketing management position to be part of the Business Development in the US market. This role is best suited for someone coming from an Engineering or Construction company background.
The specific responsibilities for the candidate’s first assignment include, but are not limited to:
- Content Creation: Developing and overseeing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital content. Ensuring all materials effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition and technical expertise.
- Proposal Development: Collaborating with engineering and sales teams to create detailed and compelling proposals for potential clients. This includes writing, editing, and formatting proposals to meet client requirements and showcase the firm’s capabilities.
- Graphic Design Coordination: Working with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials. Ensuring that all designs align with the firm’s branding and effectively convey the intended message.
- Technical Writing: Producing clear and concise technical documents that explain complex engineering concepts in an accessible way. This includes creating content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing all marketing materials and proposals for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Ensuring that all content is free of errors and adheres to the firm’s standards.
- Client Presentations: Preparing and assembling materials for client presentations. This includes creating slides, handouts, and other supporting documents that highlight the firm’s strengths and past successes.
- Digital Content Management: Managing the firm’s online content, including website updates, blog posts, and social media content. Ensuring that all digital content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary information and insights for marketing materials and proposals. Ensuring that all content is technically accurate and aligns with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing within an engineering firm or a similar technical industry
- Must have experience in Engineering or Construction Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva for creating marketing materials
- Proven ability to develop and oversee the production of various marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital content
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and formatting proposals. Ability to collaborate with engineering and sales teams to create compelling client proposals
- Experience working with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that align with branding guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail in reviewing marketing materials and proposals for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Experience preparing and assembling materials for client presentations, including creating slides and handouts
- Experience managing online content, including website updates, blog posts, and social media content. Ability to ensure digital content is current, relevant, and engaging

Location:
This is a position based in our office in Downtown Los Angeles. The support to some business opportunities or proposals may require travelling within US. Partial remote/hybrid work can be discussed.
Salary range:$75k – 100k, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
