We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Aligned closely with the VP of Marketing, you will lead strategic initiatives across multiple brands and sales channels. In this diverse role, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing deliverables while managing large-scale, cross-functional projects across teams in sales, product development, engineering, and graphic design. This dynamic and visible role requires a self-starter with a hands-on approach, high degree of organization, and the agility to pivot quickly to meet tight deadlines.
This position is 100% onsite. Only local candidates that can commit to working onsite, Monday through Friday, will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional, large-scale marketing initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Product Launch Execution: Lead product launch teams to drive end-to-end product launch strategies, ensuring timely execution and maximum market impact.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling messaging in support of positioning strategies to effectively communicate FNA Group's value propositions across a diverse portfolio of brands, products, and markets.
- Data-Driven Marketing Improvements: Leverage insights from digital marketing metrics, customer feedback, product reviews, and sales data to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee the department's workload and manage projects of all sizes, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary requirements while delivering impactful outcomes.
- Media, Email, & Social Media: Assist in the development and own the execution of integrated media plans, press releases, email, social media, and influencer collaborations to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Agency & Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and vendors to enhance marketing deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Trade Show Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and budget adherence of FNA Group's trade show schedule, ensuring a professional and engaging brand presence that drives leads and strengthens brand visibility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or consumer insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, social media platforms, and email deployment tools. Familiarity with website CMS, Adobe InDesign, or QR code tools is a plus.
- Understanding of retail eCommerce platforms, consumer behavior, and customer journey mapping.
