JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing, leading, and driving various marketing
initiatives and campaigns with the objective of growing revenue. This position leads a team of
marketing specialists with the objective of driving brand awareness, increasing customer
engagement, and boosting sales through effective project management and collaboration with
cross-functional teams. Performs a variety of management and administration functions which
require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Coaches,
mentors, assists and directs personnel, and reports operational problems and inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to
develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's
overall goals and objectives.
Project planning and coordination: Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate
resources appropriately to ensure efficient execution and delivery of marketing
campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns,
including creating briefs, coordinating creative assets, monitoring campaign
performance, and conducting post-campaign analysis.
Team coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, content, and
analytics, to ensure seamless coordination, communication, and alignment throughout
the project lifecycle.
Budget management: Monitor and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring
optimal utilization of resources and delivering results within set budgetary constraints.
Measure and analyze: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify
areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in
the e-commerce and women's clothing industry, incorporating these insights into
marketing strategies and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS/KEY COMPETENCIES:
This position requires a high energy, driven individual that can make and meet
objectives.
Proficiency in Google Analytics is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A master's
degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the marketing department of
an e-commerce or retail company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.

150,000 - 160,000 /year
