I. Primary Function
The Marketing Generalist focuses on implementing Resia's brand strategy through tactical initiatives that enhance customer engagement, achieve local business objectives, and drive rapid lease-up optimization. The Marketing Generalist ensures brand visibility, compliance, and effective execution of marketing strategies.
The Marketing Generalist plays a crucial role and acts as the liaison between the Marketing and Property Management departments. This includes overseeing the alignment of property signage, curb appeal, and marketing assets with Resia's brand strategy and are upheld in all markets where we operate.
Responsibilities include planning and reporting on direct mail/email campaigns, coordinating photo sessions, updating visual content, and managing corporate events with vendors. Additionally, tasks involve collaborating with business units on marketing needs, editing marketing collateral, coordinating print and promotional materials, and leveraging strong PowerPoint skills.
Provides support to the Head of Marketing on a range of critical initiatives.

II. Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all properties adhere to Resia's brand standards, including proper signage placement, curb appeal, and consistent marketing materials.
- Implement signage plans for banners, flags, and other site-specific promotional materials to maximize visibility and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and execute corporate events, such as ground-breaking ceremonies and ribbon-cutting events, to support project milestones.
- Maintain and optimize Resia's Storefront Catalog and Marketing Dashboard, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- Manage and update the Marketing Support Ticket Portal, including templates (PowerPoint, letterhead, virtual backgrounds) and additional marketing assets.
- Manage and Maintain Canva Templates: Oversee the creation, organization, and upkeep of Canva templates for corporate and interdepartmental use, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and support consistent messaging across all materials.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and coordinate the creation of new materials to support local lease-up goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, signage plans, and other initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and lead conversions.
- Manage marketing costs and monthly charge reconciliations to ensure budget compliance.
- Onboard new team members with an introduction to the marketing team, marketing functions, and available assets.
- Oversees external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
Ill. Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably in Real Estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration required.
- Proven experience in brand compliance, leasing/sales strategies, or marketing with a real estate focus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Hubspot, and PowerBI.

- Ability to travel 25%
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
