About the Job
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our mobile app to drive user growth and engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and in-app promotions
- Analyze market trends and user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with app features and updates
- Manage and optimize app store presence, including ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on mobile apps
- Proven track record of successful mobile app marketing campaigns
- Mobile gaming app experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
