Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager at Black Desert Resort and red Mountain will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that align with the resort’s goals of increasing brand visibility, driving bookings, and enhancing guest engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute strategic campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, support the strategic management of social media channels, and collaborate with other departments to support resort-wide marketing objectives. This role is integral to ensuring consistent and high-quality communication that resonates with Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort brands.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000/yr This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Partner in overseeing daily marketing operations, digital and traditional campaigns across social media, email marketing, and print advertising.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with booking and occupancy goals.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future strategies and enhance ROI.
- Support the strategic vision of the resort’s social media presence, monitoring engagement and interaction to build a strong online community.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and event collateral.
- Coordinate with external partners and local businesses to establish joint marketing efforts that increase visibility and brand awareness.
- Assist in managing public relations efforts, including press releases and media events.
- Provide support in maintaining brand identity and luxury positioning across all communication channels.
- Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing to execute crisis communication plans as needed.
- Help mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury resort industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with branding and maintaining consistency across various channels.
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
