Job Description:
This position will support the TJXR marketing teams with program campaign execution, proofing and tracking, materials management and other things as needed. With the volume and pace of marketing programs and tactics, a support role is essential to providing another layer of defense for QC and handling the more basic tasks which will free up the teams for more strategic planning and analysis.

Job Description:
This position will support the TJXR marketing teams with program campaign execution, proofing and tracking, materials management and other things as needed. With the volume and pace of marketing programs and tactics, a support role is essential to providing another layer of defense for QC and handling the more basic tasks which will free up the teams for more strategic planning and analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the collective teams with campaign execution with a focus on project management and validation
- Tracking of creative and legal feedback in Cosmos for both TJX and SYF platforms
- Proofreading of all creative elements
- Validating audience selection and test setups
- Doing live email testing checking links and litmus proofs
- Compiling email metrics and other campaign results
- Summarizing results and trends
- Disseminating to marketing teams
- Providing support for statement marketing and content
- Proofing statement matrix for version accuracy
- Proofing creative elements
- Providing support for in-store materials management
- Attending card inventory calls
- Tracking inventory for all program elements
- Supporting TJX marketing team as needed
- Coordinating weekly status agendas and internal communications to ops
- Assisting with any proofing needs
- Flexibility to manage additional projects as they arise for both TJX or SYF
Experience:
- 2-4 years experience in marketing preferably within the credit or retail industries
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline. In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 5 years' or more of experience
Additional skills:
- Experience with Campaign Management tools, preferably Cosmos/Workfront
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communications and collaboration skills
- Comfort level with compiling campaign metrics
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively
