Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid): 1515 Broadway NYC, Hybrid, should be based in NYC and we go into the office 2 days/week typically, we can be flexible on which days.
Hours: 10-6pm eastern

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
Working on high functioning marketing team, bringing cross functional teams within the platform together to launch scripted/unscripted shows to the platform, we are the center of a wheel with various spokes with different departments to launch a campaign, make sure deliverables are correct and teams have the information needed to move forward, working with consistency among the teams, working with consumer products team and press teams.
What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered?
Bachelor’s degree required
6-8+ years working in marketing or entertainment
A team player attitude
Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time

The Senior Manager, Program & Originals Marketing will facilitate the execution and analysis of Paramount+ Program & Original Series marketing campaigns, delivering new audiences and subscribers for Paramount+.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market implementation in our owned, earned and paid media channels
Manage organization and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
Conduct analyses of Originals marketing campaign performance
Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks
Identify incremental strategic opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns, drive acquisition, retention, and viewership
Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making
Key Projects:
Go-to-market support for our growing slate of Paramount+ Original Series
Lead creation and maintenance of campaign tracking documents
Lead execution of marketing plans across select Original Series
Assist in reevaluating current processes, including budget maintenance and asset organization, to identify areas of improvement
