A manufacturing company within the oil & gas industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee daily marketing activities. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing with strong project management, communication, and creative skills. Through strategic planning and clear communication, the new leader will drive business growth by developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns while managing multiple platforms and providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
This is a true Marketing Generalist opportunity with a focus on content marketing, competitive market research, digital & social media, lead generation/conversion optimization and trade show execution!
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and update web sites working with our third-party internet hosting company as required.
- Review and update key marketing material and update as required. This will involve product brochure development, press releases, web site content updates, etc.
- Gather customer and market insights from various sources to optimize the approach used internally to increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support as required.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and recommend changes accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in an industrial B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creativity
- Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns including brochures
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
- Willingness and ability to travel
