Marketing Manager - Entry Level - UCI Inc

UNICO is an outsourced marketing agency looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join our sales team in the Covina area on a permanent basis. Our Entry Level Marketing Manager work with our Entry Level Marketing Managers and various product specialists to deliver interactive sales presentations to prospective customers.

Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
• Market and sell services to prospective consumers
• Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, operating within our Standard Operational Procedures
• Communicates clearly with staff in a timely and professional manner
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate to our sales team and product partners in order to close or provide advice to the client
• Perform sales function and product needs analysis for the marketing campaign.

Entry Level Marketing Manager Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• 1 years of prior experience in customer service, sales or marketing
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, and to utilize all available tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
• Business acumen in the marketing and client relations field is preferred
• Must understand and comply with applicable regulations and standard operational procedures
• Must ensure that all transactions are executed properly and meet compliance guidelines
• Phenomenal negotiation and persuasion tactics
• Proven ability to overturn objections and close a sale when needed
• Excellent time management and flexibility under pressure
