POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager at Rieke Interiors is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company's growth through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. This role oversees the marketing team, collaborates with cross-functional departments, and ensures alignment with the company's brand identity and revenue goals. The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate Rieke Interiors' brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the creation of annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance goals.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the coordination of PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring consistent growth and skill development.
- Oversee daily operations and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Campaign Development & Management
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to build brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution, including SEO, PPC, and social media initiatives.
- Manage content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality deliverables.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Oversee website content and functionality to optimize user experience and SEO performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM tools to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on data.
- Implement marketing automation workflows using platforms like Zapier and email marketing tools.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Rieke Interiors' brand standards and values.
- Oversee the creation of design collateral, including brochures, presentations, and signage.
- Manage the company's social media presence, driving engagement and community building.
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance industry presence.
- Coordinate event logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize ROI.
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs across marketing initiatives, providing detailed reporting on ROI and outcomes.
- Conduct regular team reviews to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace or WordPress, Hootsuite, MailChimp, GTM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush), Zapier, and CRM software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in interior design, furniture manufacturing, or B2B marketing is a plus.
Ability to problem solve and be flexible without direction. High-level organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to prioritize, be self-sufficient and have a proactive work ethic.
