About the Job
The client Paid Search team is looking for a business-savvy, paid search rock star to help grow the global Marketing pipeline via paid search efforts. As a Paid Search Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to improve our online visibility and drive qualified traffic. You will play a crucial role in improving our online marketing efforts and contributing to our company's success.
Data-driven and results-oriented, you will work to hit targets for CPA, MQLs, & marketing-driven pipeline. The ideal candidate has expertise across multiple paid channels with special emphasis in running global paid search programs, and a strong background in B2B and SaaS marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with our business objectives. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Build and run paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Set up, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns, ad groups, and keywords for optimal performance.
- Manage the allocation and optimization of advertising budgets to maximize ROI. Implement effective bidding strategies to meet performance goals.
- Craft compelling ad copy and perform A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversions. Continuously analyze ad performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Regularly generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.Use data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert in providing insight into paid search strategy and performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies. Apply the latest best practices in paid search marketing to our campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years working in the B2B SaaS vertical
- Minimum of 4+ years working in SEM channels with strong success record
- Prior ownership of marketing pipe or revenue targets is a requirement
- Strong, hands-on-keys expertise with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360
- Self-starter who can catch a leadership vision and bring it to life on their own
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and conversion tracking
- Understanding of sophisticated bidding metrics - tCPA, tROAS, offline revenue uploads, custom weighted conversions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range: $50 - $52
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
