Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company's mission and services.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including weekly posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and oversee the production of marketing emails.
• Manage content updates for the company website, ensuring it reflects current services and projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information for weekly announcements and major project updates.
• Design and produce digital and printed marketing materials, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all media.
• Travel to major project sites to conduct photoshoots, capturing both traditional and drone footage.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Act as the liaison with external marketing agencies, overseeing the partnership and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Monitor and ensure the consistency of branding across all internal and external documents.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies and practices accordingly.
• Analyze metrics and analytics from marketing platforms and adjust strategies as needed.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction or energy sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
