Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong digital background to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling government and private sector projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication and digital strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market and culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience working in similar roles.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in the digital marketing space.
- Extensive knowledge working on government and private sector projects.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and culture; fluency in Arabic is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong client servicing skills and experience managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented approach.
- Saudi nationals are preferred; however, Arab candidates with a deep understanding of Saudi culture are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and digital marketing plans that align with the client's business objectives.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with government entities and private sector clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
- Lead and oversee the development of content, including digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
