Marketing Manager at Judge Direct Placement

JDP is seeking a Marketing Manager for a hybrid role in the Greater Brentwood, NY area.

Responsibilities:

• Produce graphics, case studies and other marketing materials to support business development
• Develop website and LinkedIn social media content
• Coordinate conference participation, speaking engagements, and seminars
• Develop and execute all email marketing campaigns
• Track and organize BD, client success, and marketing pursuits through Salesforce CRM
• Ensure consistent branding across all materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years experience in marketing role
• B2B Marketing experience
• Comfortable working with small teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and graphic design tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
