Join a CRM SaaS company serving manufacturing and distribution businesses. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic marketer with 3+ years of experience looking to take their career to the next level. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing initiatives, focusing on demand generation, digital marketing, and event strategy while building brand presence and market awareness. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on and innovative, supported by external resources and partnerships.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in office, 2 days remote; typically Tuesday-Thursday) Boston MA
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 base + small bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Manage an external agency for campaign bids and performance.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are optimized and integrated.
- Create high-quality marketing content or coordinate with freelancers/agencies.
- Produce thought leadership pieces, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Drive social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn for event promotion and engagement.
- Plan and manage participation in industry events, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals.
- Increase market awareness through strategic brand-building efforts.
- Coordinate product release campaigns, webinars, and customer feedback initiatives.
- Manage G2 reviews, NPS surveys, and other customer engagement activities.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals and collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Drive internal adoption of marketing initiatives across departments.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or CRM environment.
- Proven expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and event strategy.
- Strong skills in content creation, thought leadership, and social media strategy (especially LinkedIn).
- Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and marketing budgets.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to use data to inform strategies.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
