Marketing Manager, Artificial Intelligence Solutions - Meta

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and generative Artificial Intelligence to support our ongoing efforts on Meta’s AI for Business portfolio solutions. This role will be responsible for building effective go-to-market strategies, developing positioning and crafting messaging to bring innovative AI for Business solutions to market. Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and generative AI products are a plus.The ideal candidate has a proven track record influencing key stakeholders across organizations, strategic and analytical thinking, decision making under uncertainty. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Research, Communications, Experiential and other partner teams across Meta. Demonstrated experience in communication, stakeholder management and simplifying our complex suite of solutions to resonate with our customers is required.

Required Skills:

Marketing Manager, Artificial Intelligence Solutions Responsibilities:

1. Contribute and execute on marketing strategies that bring to life our AI for Business strategy and drive outcomes and learnings

2. Synthesize insights from competitive messaging and other relevant sources to identify a unique role for Meta’s AI for Business solutions

3. Develop core enablement materials for AI for Business solutions (e.g., positioning, messaging, enablement) to empower partners and marketing teams across audiences to scale the strategic thinking globally.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Industry Marketing, Events, International Marketing, Communication Channel Marketing) on opportunities to leverage and scale work via major marketing moments, campaigns and channels to reach relevant audiences

5. Drive a clear learning agenda and socializing plan around learnings

6. Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across the organization in an effort to scale impact globally while meeting market- and sector specific needs

Minimum Qualifications:

8. 7+ years of experience in Business to Business marketing

9. Experience in developing strategy, product positioning, messaging, enablement and marketing programs, including product marketing, strategic planning, communications planning, or business strategy roles in marketing organizations or advertising agencies

10. Experience communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and understand and interpret technical data and metrics.

11. Experience working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

12. Communication skills, with experience communicating with executives across multiple functional areas

13. Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions

14. Project management skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams

15. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

16. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

17. Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
