About the role
What you"ll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services, aligning with company objectives and target audience needs.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials, to support sales efforts and engage prospects.
- Manage the company"s online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media channels, to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and marketing analytics to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.

Qualifications
Bachelor"s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology marketing preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering high-quality work.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical abilities with a good problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this role is:
69,431.41 - 83,616.33 USD per year(Allen)
