Marketing Manager – Home Healthcare
Location: Montana
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting patient-centered care. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources. This position requires travel throughout the state of Montana, with approximately 75% travel time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase awareness of Granite Peak Home Health's services in the community.
Collaborate with the executive and clinical teams to understand target markets and create campaigns that resonate with prospective patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
Manage Granite Peak Home Health's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online reviews, ensuring they reflect the brand’s values and engage the target audience.
Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and enhance patient acquisition.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies and optimize ROI.
Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other initiatives to promote Granite Peak Home Health's services.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home healthcare or related sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign results to make informed decisions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A passion for healthcare and helping others in the community.
Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Willingness to travel throughout the state of Montana (approximately 75% travel time).

Experience working in a home healthcare environment.
