We are seeking a Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager (Multifamily) for our leading national property management company at our new corporate office in Deep Ellum, The Epic. The Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager is responsible for managing the overall leasing efforts of the company. As Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Training Manager, Regional Property Directors/VPs, Revenue Managers and Community Managers to ensure marketing and leasing efforts achieve budgeted occupancy.
Qualifications
Required
- Onsite Multifamily Experience
- Advanced knowledge of multifamily marketing and leasing systems including:
- Marketing websites
- Marketing performance and reporting systems
- CRM systems
- Knowledge of multifamily marketing and leasing metrics
- Multi-Touch Lead Attribution
- Conversion Ratios
- Agent Engagement/Follow Ups
- ROI/RoAS Performance
- Vacancy/Turnover Rates
- Market Surveys
- Benchmarking
- Multifamily Digital Advertising Performance
- Advertising Vendor Management
- Advertising Vendor Integration
- Tracking and Reporting
Preferred
- Multifamily property management operations experience at the corporate level
- Multifamily screening and fraud system knowledge
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a related field
- Multifamily reputation and survey management
Responsibilities
- Utilize marketing and leasing systems to determine areas of need.
- Collaborate with marketing, asset, and operational teams to align marketing and leasing strategy with property positioning and objectives, operational realities, and demand.
- Evaluate marketing and advertising expenses to determine effectiveness.
- Maintain competitive positioning to ensure marketing and leasing are optimized.
- Lead monthly calls with operational directors and VP’s to evaluate marketing and leasing efforts
- Devise and implement renewal strategies to drive lease renewals and resident retention.
- Evaluate conversion ratios to determine opportunities for higher capture.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting based on Westdale standard marketing and leasing KPI’s
- Support VP/CM in annual budget process by reviewing advertising expenditures and making recommendations.
