Job Description:
Are you a passionate designer who loves crafting impactful communications? Join our dynamic team and work alongside talented marketers to elevate brand awareness and drive demand for our services. We're an internal agency serving multiple businesses, specializing in amenities such as pools, gyms, and concierge services. Our clients represent some of the biggest names in their respective industries across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to maintain a cohesive brand identity across various platforms.
Manage client requests, offering tailored solutions and executing them efficiently.
Create compelling marketing communications across digital, print, and video platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to establish creative direction and uphold brand standards.
Design and implement email campaigns and multi-touch strategies, including social media.
Collaborate with developers and content creators to enhance web/digital properties.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in establishing marketing strategy and yearly calendars based on business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
5-10+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Strong understanding of email design and production.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI and front-end web design.
Ability to update web content using Gutenberg/WordPress.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with online marketing strategies.
Exposure to Marketing Cloud & Salesforce (technical focus not necessary).
Basic HTML/CSS skills.
Previous experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methodologies and best practices.
