Responsibilities
- This role supports the planning, execution, management and optimization of our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has strong communication and account management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Content and Account Management
- Acts as primary point of contact for social media content management, coordinating with internal teams to manage projects around content creation.
- Manages internal compliance approvals for owned social media content
- Manages day to day relationship with outside creative agency regarding social media content development
- Manages the partnership, provides support and social engagement guidance of our US Social Customer Service (SCS) team
- Maintains monthly social media content calendar for all channels, to track and update status of creative development and ensure timely and relevant posting
- Schedules organic social media content and ensures content is posted correctly to appropriate channels
- Manages day to day management of paid boosting of organic social media posts
- Creates ongoing and ad hoc social listening reports around various topics to inform marketing leadership and other marketing teams around trends and shifts in consumer sentiment and perception
- Develops monthly, quarterly and ad hoc campaign reporting to inform internal stakeholders and marketing leadership of owned social media performance, and inform on any insights and recommendations that help evolve and improve our social media strategy
- Presents social media performance and findings on bi-weekly meeting with marketing partners
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or account management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset and experience with tools like Sprinklr and platform-specific insights.
