Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our well known lifestyle brand technology client on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule.

Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our well known lifestyle brand technology client on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule.
Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Partner with team members and other stakeholders to explore and build new datasets and pipelines according to the alpha/beta product needs;
- Create and maintain critical dashboards that will support Product Operations Managers to track product adoption status and revenue information;
- Use advertiser criteria provided by product marketing to build outreach lists for recruiting for alphas/betas.
- Build solutions and simple interfaces that are powered by data to enable Product Ops Managers to vet and process advertiser onboarding in alphas and betas. Ideate and maintain support ticket data pipelines and visualization to track POMs SLAs;
- Work on transitioning data projects to other analytical teams ownership after products graduate to GA.
- 5+ years of building and managing relational databases using SQL;
- 5+ years working on translating datasets into visualization dashboards (Tableau and others);
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge on scripting languages such as Python to automate manual efforts related to data collection and manipulation;
- Previous and relevant experience with online advertising metrics and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills; capacity for proactively identifying and breaking down data problems to deliver required insights;
- Natural curiosity and data skepticism to chase down and question information with various teams and keen eye to catch and flag inconsistencies;
- Track record of good cross-functional collaboration and problem solving while participating in projects;
- Self motivated and able to plan and work independently to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities;
- Suggesting new work and process that would support the business;
- Process oriented and good documentation practices.
