Overview
InteLogix is seeking a Marketing and Customer Service Representative to join our organization. In this role, you interface directly with customers and the public at community events and our client's storefront. Roughly 20 hours per week will be spent at events and 20 hours will be spent at the storefront. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Salary Range: Up to $19.00/hour pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factors
Responsibilities
- Attend events to represent our client. 90% of events will take place on Saturday or Sunday. Events could be at a corporate site, realtor association, fair, market, sporting event, or any other kind of community event
- Represent our client in a professional and exciting manner
- Transport tents and other items to events
- Greets and assists customers in Storefront lobby.
- Performs opening and closing duties in Storefront lobby.
- Performs CSR Greeter duties throughout the shift.
- Processes mail and fax applications; processes correspondence received via mail or fax; processes account replenishments; processes account closures; processes "payment return" correspondence.
- Maintains an above-average attendance record.
- Scans documentation for attachment to accounts.
- Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
- Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
- Negotiates payments and fee reductions up to established limits.
- Reviews notices and verifies data through use of several computer systems
- Records individual completed daily work statistics.
Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for phone customers.
Assists other departments or functions with tasks when needed.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Attend events to represent our client. 90% of events will take place on Saturday or Sunday. Events could be at a corporate site, realtor association, fair, market, sporting event, or any other kind of community event
- Ability to transport tents and other items to event
- Reliable mode of transportation that can accommodate tents and event items (mileage will be accommodated if appropriate for location)
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both, oral and written
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
