This role works directly with the client, sales and operations defining, documenting building and executing a marketing plan for the organization. This role will be an important part in our growth and defining a standard for our communications. This role will coordinate with all departments and stakeholders to deliver a delightful client experience. This role requires project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends in the printing industry, including new technologies, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the company's services. This includes working with the sales team to defining target markets, setting marketing objectives, and determining the best channels to reach potential clients.
- Content Creation and Management: Create and manage content specific to the company for various marketing channels, including company websites, blogs, brochures, and social media platforms. Ensure content highlights the company's capabilities, technologies, and the benefits of its services.
- Promotional Materials and Campaigns: Coordinate purchasing and process for internal and external promotional materials
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute industry-related events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars, to demonstrate capabilities and network with potential clients. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities to maximize event impact.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to manage client information, track sales leads, and analyze customer interactions and data. Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's printing services. Provide marketing support to help achieve sales targets.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media, to reach and engage with the target audience. Analyze digital marketing analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Competitive Analysis and Positioning: Monitor competitors within the industry to understand their offerings, pricing, and marketing tactics. Position the company's services strategically to differentiate from competitors and capture market share.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver maximum return on investment. Track spending and adjust plans as necessary to meet financial objectives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, market trends, and ROI analysis. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years applicable experience in a marketing role preferred
- Familiarity with print, technology and mailing preferred
- Excellent project management experience
- Capable of working effectively with teams of varying sizes
- Bachelors degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and work experience
- Experience in the marketing services technology or e-delivery preferred
