Marketing Coordinator
GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer needs in a timely manner and following up with them to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve their needs.
Required Skills:
- Digital marketing and graphic design expertise
- Networking outreach skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presswise experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Social Media Management- Develop and upload engaging social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Order Processing- Use existing system to submit and manage orders efficiently
- Customer Service- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and resolving customer needs and concerns.
- Brand Awareness & Reputation Management- Contribute and engage in the maintenance of the client's brand image by engaging with online communities
