The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience to bring THE CRASH TEAM brand to the next level. Alongside having an OPTIMISTIC attitude, we are looking for someone who embodies our core values of compassion, accountability, proactive problem-solving, efficiency, and hospitality in all interactions.

• Play a key role in advising and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies;
• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including, website, SEO, social media, mailing lists, and analytics to keep content current;
• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social media platforms and advise on improvements;
• Maintain social media platforms including coordinating messages to our audiences;
• Coordinate to record and edit videos for social media;
• Strategizing and ordering business merchandise to give to clients;
• Coordinate promotional/community events;
• Identify and report lead sources;
• Identify and report leads and sign-ups.

• 2+ years of Marketing experience;
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns;
• Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or print advertising;
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance marketing techniques;
• Experience shooting and editing video for social media;
• Knowledge on best practices to upload social media content across multiple social media platforms;
• Strong ability to read and monitor social media data points;
• Proficient in WordPress or similar content management systems;

• Experience with traditional and non-traditional marketing;
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles and sales strategies is a plus;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
