Marketing Coordinator - Redshift Recruiting LLC

Our local client has an immediate opening on their team for a Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator will include:*Provide essential support to the marketing team in executing digital and traditional marketing strategies.
*Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
*Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative marketing ideas and initiatives.
*Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
*Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, both online and offline.
*Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
*Assist in organizing events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
*Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
*Assist in maintaining the company's website and other digital assets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
*Support the marketing team in administrative tasks as needed.
*Other duties as assigned


Qualifications of the Marketing Coordinator:*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for content creation including photo, video, and copywriting.
*Experience in managing social media accounts, with a focus on growth strategies and account management.
*Familiarity with Google My Business/Google Local for optimizing local business visibility.
*Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website performance metrics.
*Ability to manage Google Ads campaigns effectively to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
*Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies for engaging with customers.
*Understanding of SEO principles and techniques to improve website visibility and ranking.

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $60,000 - $70,000.
