Job Opportunity: Specialty Brands Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Specialty Brands Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our dynamic Marketing team, focusing on our esteemed FMIC Specialty Brands: Jackson, Gretsch, Charvel, and EVH.

Position Overview:
As a Specialty Brands Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing our marketing strategies across various social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You will curate engaging content, interact with our vibrant community, collaborate with artists, and ensure that our social media presence reflects the authenticity and relevance of our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling content for Specialty Brand Channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage social media calendars and engage with our community to foster meaningful interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate artist content seamlessly into our marketing strategies.
Implement best practices across channels and optimize content based on data insights.
Report on channel performance and make strategic recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on emerging platforms and features to ensure our social media presence remains innovative.
Support the development and execution of PR strategies across Specialty brands.
Assist in drafting internal and external communication materials including press releases, media briefings, and pitches.
Maintain PR calendars and internal asset procedures.
Support CRM activities surrounding key product launches.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content production, or community management.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Music, or related field.
Proficient guitar knowledge with a strong understanding of FMIC Specialty brands.
Experience with social media management tools and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including video editing and graphic design.
Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
