Rusnak Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to take your marketing career to the next level. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives including efforts to drive sales, service, and parts business.

Responsibilities
Efficiently coordinate Co-op Advertising Claims:
- Collect all necessary documents and ad samples; save to a shared drive in an organized and easily identifiable manner.
- Submit documents to manufacturer on a monthly basis.
- Submit pre-approvals for co-op claims.
- Follow up on a timely basis of any declined or incomplete co-op claim.
- Work with business office to verify funds were received and accounted for correctly.
- Send co-op estimates to business office monthly.
- Update and maintain co-op reporting for management team.
- Inform marketing department of monthly updates for each manufacturer.
Provides Effective and Efficient Organizational Support to Marketing Department:
- Manage executive projects assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director or other PRM Executives; such as corporate events, customer events, reporting projects, etc.
- Support Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with reporting and administrative duties as needed.
- Review desktop and mobile websites looking for errors (formatting, malfunctions, spelling, etc.).
- Update monthly sales and service specials online and send to relevant 3rd parties.
- Attend monthly SEO vendor phone calls and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Review SEO content plans along with new added content on a weekly basis and share with relevant dealership team members.
- Complete customer opt-outs through the CRM on a monthly basis.
- Organize, file and keep M Drive clean. Add new creative as needed. Implement an organization process so all items are stored properly.
- Maintain marketing supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining and ordering dealership supplies on a regular basis including license plate frames and inserts, forms, window stickers, etc.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Marketing Events.
- Assist in sales and service direct mail process; planning, reviewing creative, post campaign analysis and reporting.
- Maintain a library of sales and services campaigns including creative and performance info.
Assist with Marketing Budgeting and Reporting:
- Update dealership marketing budget spreadsheets on a monthly basis.
- Follow up with business office as needed to ensure accurate budget reporting.
- Assist with reconciling and submitting Marketing Department credit card monthly statements.
- Review all marketing invoices to ensure accuracy with budget and submit to business office.
Provides Assistance with Coordination and Execution of Corporate Internet Sales Initiative:
- Assist with lead source maintenance and other CRM maintenance tasks.
- Assist with pulling CRM reporting as needed.
- Assist with CRM and communications training of internet team members.
- Assist with improving the CRM functionality including but not limited to the implementation of new workflows, the building and editing of templates, and troubleshooting ongoing errors.
Qualifications
- Experience (desired): Minimum of 2 years in position of Office Assistant or similar positions in automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality of Food & Beverage industries.
- Education (required): Undergraduate degree or current Junior Senior in college pursuing a degree in business administration or related fields, or equivalent of 1 years’ experience in same/similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 2 retail related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or other language is an asset in this position).
- License (required): Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
