We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Medley, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in executing marketing strategies that reach retail locations in airports and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  
• Support product launches and marketing events by coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
  
• Manage digital content, including website updates and social media maintenance, ensuring relevance and consistency.
  
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights for the marketing team.
  
• Coordinate marketing events such as product showcases, store openings, and in-airport promotions.
  
• Track and report campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates and ROI.
  
• Manage marketing collateral inventory and coordinate timely reorders and distribution to retail stores.
  
• Develop and maintain customized store planograms.
  
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and agencies to ensure on-time production and delivery of marketing materials.
  
• Collaborate with the PR team on media outreach and press releases to maximize event visibility.
  
• Maintain the internal marketing calendar, ensuring all projects and initiatives are on track.
  
• Handle administrative tasks including budget tracking and interdepartmental communication.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel retail, domestic, or luxury brand sectors.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media and Google Ads.
  
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed for marketing events and campaigns.
