About the Job
Stretch*d Marketing Coordinator
Enjoy working hard, getting
creative, being a part of an experienced team and delivering results? Stretch*d is
looking for a marketing coordinator to own the day-to-day success of our
marketing strategy in our two NYC locations and beyond. The Marketing Coordinator
will be responsible for social media
management, content development, email marketing and activation of in-studio
events. This person has a creative-meets-analytical mindset, is a collaborative
team-player and is an obsessive problem-solver. This role will report into the Senior Director of Marketing and will work out of the
Stretch*d headquarters in New York, NY.
Reports to: Vanessa Chu
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60-65k/yearly
Location: NYC
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Senior Director of Marketing in development and execution
of marketing initiatives that support Stretch*d’s business and marketing
objectives
· Assist in near and long-term creative planning to ensure a clear
and consistent message for the brand across all touchpoints
· Maintain marketing messaging calendar and own activation across
email and social platforms
· Own content development across photographers, studio managers and
instructors
· Partner with in-space teams to bring marketing activations to life in Stretch*d spaces including signage,
events, local marketing initiatives, etc.
· Project manage across external partners including graphic designer
and website developer
· Analyze data and results to draw insights and key learnings
· Write and deploy client newsletters across all markets
· Develop local marketing opportunities and partnerships based on
areas of opportunity within the Stretch*d portfolio
· Maintain the Stretch*d website and app including updating content and Stretch*r / Face*ssager profiles
· Manage donation strategy; approve, deliver gift certificates, events, etc.
Qualifications
· BS/BA required; 1-2 years of
relevant marketing experience preferred
· A self-starter who is organized, accountable and enjoys working in
a fast-paced environment in a fun, teamwork-oriented company
· Excellent strategic thinking skills with a balance of analytical
and creative capabilities
· Ability to stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines
· Thrives in ambiguity and highly adaptable to change
· Obsessed with all things social and digital
· Strong interpersonal, influence, and presentation skills
· Passionate about fitness, wellness and Stretch*d brand
· Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Google Analytics, ESPs (Mailchimp), Facebook
Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Mindbody
Work Requirements
· Position based in New York, NY; travel as required
· Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
· Maintain company credit card and submit expense reports accurately and timely
· Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
