Marketing Coordinator - Mead & Hunt

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator to work with our One Water group.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing the proposal development process
• Leading proposal kickoff meetings
• Leading interview preparation and presentations
• Writing and editing marketing materials and technical content
• Contributing to and maintaining proposal content libraries in Loopio and CC Libraries
• Offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
• Other various marketing tasks
• Travel may be required

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience; associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience; no degree plus 6 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• Leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs)
• Experience with presentation development
• Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Writing and editing technical content using AP style guidelines and grammar
• Working at an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
• Strong graphic design layout/visual translation of information
