Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required minimum Associate’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography or related field with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience and training.
Preferred Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination training and internship experience.
Must have excellent organization and communication skills.
Should be highly motivated, team-oriented, creative and collaborative.
Able to work in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Constant Contact and Google Workspace; Experience with software is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with both digital and print advertising.
Strong communication skills, writing and verbal.
Professional knowledge of and comfort working with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Experience with taking and editing photos for marketing initiatives.
Experience with basic video projects is preferred.
Must possess excellent hospitality skills and a strong desire to foster an attitude of Christian hospitality.
Candidates should possess experience in journalism, marketing and/or communication. Internship experience will be considered.
Experience and familiarity with 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations preferred.

Working Conditions
Light to moderate physical activity performing non-strenuous administrative type work.
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation, with quiet to moderate noise.
Physical demands: able to lift up to 25 pounds, manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items.
Manual dexterity to perceive attributes of objects and materials.
Climb, balance, stoop, kneel; frequently moves about, able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
At times, be outdoors in all weather conditions.
Vision: must be able to see close, have good color vision to perform daily duties.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional nights, weekend, holiday, OT, as required.
Occasional overnight travel.
