About the Job
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing marketing projects to promote Wisenbaker Builder Services to our target audience. Internal and External marketing Intiatives to promote the company’s products and services, along with supporting the company’s sales, marketing, recruiting, events, and communication efforts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Assist in managing all online marketing campaigns including social media and digital media campaigns. This includes development and maintenance of our company's social media calendar.
- Execute a wide variety of details that involve email marketing, customer surveys, promotional materials production and customer relations management.
- Maintain the Marketing project management system for the documenting and tracking of marketing activities.
- Research competitive products / companies by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintain research databases.
- Support companywide departments in the development of presentations and presentation materials.
- Keeps sales and promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics team; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Work closely with other departments and cultural teams to support various company culture initiatives.
- Update internal cultural communications with both written and digital content.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and proof reading.
- Working knowledge of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A passion for the creative process and knowledge of design best practices.
- Must be highly organized.
- Experience in email marketing campaigns and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments in a deadline sensitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and web searches.
