What You'll Do:
Be the Brand Boss: Lead our corporate branding efforts across all departments, keeping our brand identity strong and cohesive.
LinkedIn Legend: Own our company’s LinkedIn presence—gather killer content, schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance like a pro.
Create Eye-Popping Marketing Materials: Design and prep everything from property flyers to swag, making sure we always look our best.
Team Up for Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the crew to design standout property flyers, signage, and other promotional goodies.
Spread the Word: Draft and distribute press releases that get us noticed by the right people, at the right time.
Keep Our Website Fresh: Ensure the site stays up-to-date and synced with our current campaigns and messaging.
Event Extraordinaire: Plan and execute unforgettable company events that leave a lasting impression.
Cross Department Connector: Work with various teams to ensure our marketing efforts align perfectly with our business goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A go-getter attitude with a knack for problem-solving and a love for detail.
- A ninja-like ability to manage projects—no matter how many are on your plate, you’ll easily handle them!
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), plus design and marketing tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Hootsuite, Canva, and KEAP.
- Strong communication and organizational skills that’ll keep everything running smoothly.
Experience in working under pressure—solo or as part of a team—you’ll meet every deadline with a smile!
What You've Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or something similar.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience where you've proven you can do the job.
- Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the real estate industry!
