Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will learn quickly, create new ideas, innovative, that has a sales driven marketing mindset who has the goal of getting the attention of potential clients resulting in incoming calls.

You will coordinate and initiate marketing activities that would include newsletters, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, powerpoint presentations, email templates, and US mail.You will operate CRM systems such as Hubspot and perform data analysis and KPI's. You will work with the Business Development team to support their initiatives. Your outreach will target RIAs, Family Offices, Broker Dealers, and estate planning attorneys. Your objective is to present material that will generate leads that will result in calls for the Sales Development Rep who will qualify the lead for the Business Development Rep to close the deal.

They are a smaller firm looking for a creative, unique, proactive, and an experienced marketing professional that understands marketing techniques. This is in the office from 8am-5pm located in Irving. This is a salaried position plus bonus along with other great benefits such as they pay 100% of the employee medical premium. They do require a Bachelor's degree and experience with marketing and writing content preferred experience within the financial services industry, but not required.
