The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of IGE's marketing strategies. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual who can manage various marketing activities to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence. As the Marketing Coordinator, your work will directly contribute to increasing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the overall growth of the company. Your contributions will ensure that our marketing efforts are strategic, cohesive, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars.
Website Management
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website using WordPress.
- Ensure the website's content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.
- Monitor website analytics and implement changes to improve user experience and lead generation.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn paid ads.
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies in collaboration with SEO partners.
- Utilize SEM-Rush for keyword development and competitive analysis.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop and publish engaging content for blogs, press releases, and case studies.
- Create and manage a portfolio of case studies to be distributed across various platforms such as our website blog, company portfolio, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow the company’s design and branding standards.
Photography and Video Production
- Coordinate professional photography and video production for marketing materials.
- Manage video marketing campaigns, including animated explainers and testimonial videos.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and event marketing.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools like SEM-Rush.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with design software is a plus.
