Position Overview: AstroTurf Corporation is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in implementing effective marketing strategies. This role will assist in managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating events, and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of trade shows, corporate events, and sponsorships.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and digital content.
Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
Maintain and update customer databases and assist in managing email marketing lists.
Track and report on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Provide administrative support, including handling vendor relationships, invoices, and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
