How You’ll Contribute:

• Support the Marketing team by managing key documents, inputs, and timelines within the project management system to drive product innovation and development.
• Intake and manage customer style guides, prototypes, and image needs. Work closely with the sales team and creative vendors to meet retailer expectations.
• Partner with the Commercialization Manager to maintain deadlines and timelines for key projects, ensuring successful execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow participation, including booth setup, logistics, product shipment, and promotional material preparation. Ensure successful representation of Ritter Sport USA brand.
• Manage sampling orders for brokers and influencers. Ensure timely delivery and tracking of results to inform future marketing strategies.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of promotional merchandise to support marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide administrative support as needed to assist the marketing team, including scheduling and meeting coordination.

Required Experience:

About YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience working in marketing or project management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in CPG marketing or retail support is a plus.
• Willingness to be onsite in our Chicago loop office 4 days per week.
